Child Swim Lessons

Swim Lessons Designed for Your Child

We found that the most effective way to teach our swimmers are by 1-1 classes.  ALL child private lessons are 20 minutes long.  We require swim lessons to be scheduled twice a week and they are $38 per lesson.  Our 20 min lessons are designed and customized to each swimmer based on their age and level. We do not have a timeline for your child to learn specific skills, as we make sure they each learn at their own pace.

Consistency is key, and skills will come in time!

*We have a $25 administration/annual fee per child that will be applied upon registration*

Skills taught per age group:

Jellies- Baby Classes

(6-18 months)

These swim classes are designed to teach babies how to be comfortable and relaxed in the water, while also teaching them survival skills.  We heavily focus on breath control, introductory to independent floating, and gradually teaching them to flip from their tummy to back to their back to breathe.  During these lessons, we will ease them into each fundamental skill through play and comfort.  They may cry!  This is mainly because they are in the water with a new person and new environment.  It is normal and expected, our instructors are taught to comfort them in this new learning environment best they can, while also teaching them these life-saving skills.  Crying normally eases up after a few lessons!

Paddlers- Toddler Classes

(1.5-3 years old)

With this age group we jump right into teaching them the fundamental survival skills, while also teaching them to be comfortable, and confident in the water. This is a crucial and very important time in their lives, we make sure we teach your little ones to understand and respect their boundaries in the water. You will see them learn breath control, independent floating, flip from tummy to back, swim-float-swim, kick development, jumps, and more!  Also, they may cry!  This is mainly because they are in the water with a new person and new environment.  It is normal and expected, our instructors are taught to comfort them in this new learning environment best they can, while also teaching them essential life-saving skills.  Crying normally eases up after a few lessons!

Gliders- Child Classes

These classes are designed to teach all children, from 3-12 years of age at any level. For this age group, we always teach the essential survival skills first.  If your child is new to lessons, we will follow our safety → stroke → swim approach.  This means we teach the basic survival skills first, then work on independent safe swimming, following into stroke development, which will then lead them to become strong swimmers!  Book according to their level and your goal for them.

Aquanauts- Stroke Classes

These are our private 1-1 classes designed to teach our more advanced levels. We will enhance their stroke techniques, teach proper rotary breathing, and build up your child's endurance. This is great if you are looking to polish up your child's technique or learn a new stroke!  Keep in mind that we also offer advanced group classes that will begin to teach your child how to work in a group setting to prepare them for swim team level.

How are we different?

Our program has stood out in the past few years significantly.  Why?  Because we personalize our lessons and put our focus on our swimmers and their needs.  Most of our lessons are private 1-1 lessons.  Our instructors focus on creating a positive environment to help each swimmer facilitate their swimming skills.  We begin each lesson with positive affirmations and ensure each child is building their confidence!  This is our fundamental key to quicker progression and independence in the water!  Join our family and sign up today!
