Must be 16 years of age or older.

For this job, you will need to know how to swim, learn to work with kids ages 6 months and above, be comfortable working with adults, and be a team player.

We take pride in being a swim school that develops relationships with the students we teach. Your responsibility as a swim instructor is to be coachable and willing to learn our methods. Swimming is a big milestone for our students. It takes trust, communication, and encouragement from us to help them through their lessons. It is a very rewarding experience.

We offer paid training to each new hire and consistent training every few months.

We are a newer swim school so there is an opportunity to grow within our company! Also, bonuses and extra incentives apply to this position.

Qualifications:

Must be Pediatric CPR/First Aid Certified or willing to become certified.

Must be willing to be background checked with fingerprints.

Must have 2 years of experience working with kids.

Must be a good swimmer (swim test will be given prior to training).

Must be willing to provide 3 professional references.

Coachable, adaptable, reliable, and a good communicator.
